What data we process and why

When you use the contact form we process your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the type of class you're interested in, the student's age and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange a free trial.

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not make automated decisions.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you enrol, we will keep it for the duration of the relationship and the periods required by law.

Who else can access your data

We do not share your data with third parties. To run the website we use technology providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare (website hosting) and the service that sends the form emails. Your messages arrive in our Gmail (Google) account.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to ana.playandlearn@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
